Prenatal Yoga & Birth Doula Services
I specialize in helping women prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and motherhood. Through movement, breathwork and meditation, I will work with you one-on-one during pregnancy to help you bring ease to your body and mind, and release any discomfort, tension or stress.
I am a DONA-trained birth doula providing continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the mom before, during and just after birth. My clients find that I bring a deeply calming and grounding presence to their birthing experience. My intention is to empower you (and your partner, if you have one) through evidence-based information and practical tools you can use in labor and birth and beyond into parenthood and your daily life. I will support you in making the best decisions for you, your birth, your baby and your family.
